I don't know why our other Company Approval Hierarchy (A) does not have an e-mail notification to the approver when I conduct a purchase request.
But the other Company Approval Hierarchy (B) does have an e-mail notification to the approver when conduct a purchase request.
Does anybody know what the problem is?
If it's working for one company but not another, I'd suggest looking at Requisition > Company Settings. You can select whether users in the Requisition Creator, Requisition Approver, and Requisition Purchaser roles will be notified after specific actions are taken on a requisition.
