I created a new User ID so I wouldn't have to use the "sa" name anymore. I was able to log in and out without any issues for a day. Today I tried to log in under my new User ID and I got an error. I tried to log in under the "sa" name again and I got the same error.
The error I receive states: "A get/change first operation on table 'SY_Users_MSTR' (45)"
I found this on Microsoft that described a similar error name and how to fix it. support.microsoft.com/.../919348
I tried following the steps, however the "Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio" is not located on the computer. The computer runs a SQL Server 2005 & SQL Server 2008.
Is there any way to log back into Dynamics to fix the error? If not, what ways are there to correct this problem?
Try to login to the Database Server with the 'SA' account, and troubleshoot the errors related to Microsoft Dynamics GP using DexSql.log. Use your customer source account to check this article;

Try to run the Grant.slq script on each of the companies and Dynamics database.
You can find this sqcript in the GP installation Folder (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\SQL\Util )
This should solve you login issue.

The Management Studio tools can be added to an existing SQL install by going through your SQL installation media to add the feature or through the Control Panel by right-clicking your SQL Server installation and choosing Change and then Add.
