Error no tax schedule or details exist for this ID

I am in the process of posting my first batch (sales order processing) I am receiving an error message: Error no tax schedule or details exist for this ID. I have double and triple checked that the customers are associated to the correct tax schedule, that the tax schedule is set up with the appropriate tax’s.Any hints on where/what else I should checkTIA

  • I think this could be to do with the tax schedule ID on the shipping address. I'm pretty sure I've seen this before but I dont have GP open at the moment so this is just off the top of my head.


  • Hi, I've come across this before.

    Run a check links against the Sales Tax Master files in Company and try posting again. If you don't know how to do this, let me know. Hope this works.
