I am deploying web client at a customer and I am trying to find Invoice Entry in Sales. Normal SOP entry is available I know, as I have used it on a test system. However the client uses regular invoicing, which seems to be missing. Can anyone point me to a resource that tells me IF or WHEN this will be supported in web client, or if my web client is somehow broken?
Your deployment is not the issue. I have several web client deployment and non of them have the traditional invoicing module. Although, If you open the desktop application, invoicing module is available.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach any official documentation on the reason since a while. I have requested an official answer and will keep you posted once I receive anything.

There are several modules that have not been released in Web Client which is why you do not see this window:
Advanced Financial Analysis
Letter Writing Assistant
Excel Report Builder
Drill Down Builder
Alternatively the client could use Remote Desktop but this has heavier bandwidth requirements, I hope it gets added soon. Jonathan indicated no hard date when it will be added
