Hi Everyone,

So I'm trying to go into PSTL and most of the active/enable selections are greyed out. Everytime I try to click on one I receive a message saying "You are not registered for the selected utility". Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can get the ability to select and edit these features?

Thanks!

I can't download the chunk file since I don't have access/not a member of partnersource. Is there another way to go about this?

Thanks

You need a partnersource account to be able to download the chunk file, otherwise you will have to refer back to your partner, they should provide you with the download immediately
