Dynamics CRM Adapter for GP Settings does not recognize Web Service URL

I get this error when I setup Adapter settings for CRM Adapter for GP. Here is the error message when I hit the 'Test Settings' button. I am sure that the web service url is correct because I copied this directly from the browser. Please help.
