Our company has an online store which uses eConnect to post sales transactions and customer information to the Dynamics GP Tables.
We've been experiencing an issue where not all fields are being populated in the tables, but the XML coming from our site is valid, and eConnect is returning True if the job was completed. We're mainly missing the Tax Schedule ID (TAXSCHID) from the Customer table. However, when an order is placed, the TAXSCHID is posted properly.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?
We're using Dynamics GP 10.0 and VB.NET...Code snippets for our webservice can be posted on demand.
