can we export GP Reports in excel?

If you mean the standard reports then they can be output to CSV file (which can be opened in Excel) during printing; check the File box and select Comma-delimited, supply a filename and complete the printing.

Your other options are to export smartlists (you can use Export Solutions / XL Report Builder) to format the exports etc...and you can use Smartlist Builder), or link to GP tables through XL using an ODBC.

All of the GP reports will have headings etc that will not be XL friendly. You may want to create modified versions of the GP reports you want to use - to make them more XL friendly.

Another option is to build reports in SSRS and export these to XL.

Or use Cubes.

The short answer to your question is 'no'. There isn't an 'export to Excel' button for the 'canned' reports in GP. However, using Report Writer you can turn some canned reports into Excel friendly reports.  Which reports are you most interested in?
