We recently implemented Dynamics CRM both Online and in Outlook.
Several users have been unable to access the "Add Contacts" wizard. Once they select "Add Contacts" on the "File" tab, they see the normal Outlook screen and the wizard does not start.
We have changed security to "admin" to see if security issues are at fault, but these users still do not have the wizard appear.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
