You should have the accept button like shown in the screen shot below. Do you know what they did to resolve the issue? Our team would like to get to the bottom of why the accept button was not showing for you so other user don't have this same experience.

Scroll to the end of the agreement, you will find the I Accept there.

No, because as I said there was/is no "I Accept" button to click. However, I did send an email to the address Jonathan provided and they resolved the issue. Thanks.
I contacted the support team and this is what they provided for resolution.
"The accept button is present at the bottom of the site not in the agreement itself. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page then you will be able to find the I Accept button."
