I wan to pass tax amount for each individual line item butallow the GP to calculate the total tax amount after subtotal field automatically based on the tax amount set in each line item by code through econnect in invoice.
Is it possible??

You need to supply the header tax amount for eConnect. You can add up the line values as part of the integration...and then use this figure for the header value.

You are correct.
But I want to let GP to calculate the tax amount of freight and hence total tax amount but also i want to pass tax amount of each individual line item.
