Satha
Satha Arumanayagam (founder and CEO of SVA global) is a subject matter expert on business solutions (ERP, CRM, BI and HRMS).
During her 20+ years experience as business professional, Satha has held leadership positions in accounting, financial management, solutions consulting, service delivery management, pre sales, sales and channel sales management.
Satha’s 12 + years experience in the IT sector has been with two key organisations i.e. Epicor Software, and Microsoft Dynamics, working with end users and technology solutions providers ( resellers) across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and greater China.
As a subject matter expert on enterprise business solutions (ERP, CRM, BI, HRMS) Satha has:
- a deep understanding of the software solutions and services markets in the ANZ, Asia pacific and greater China regions
- mentored senior management of end users and software solutions (reseller) businesses build end to end strategies that cover all aspects i.e. business management, sales, marketing, service delivery and support
- managed IT projects upto AUD 5 million and carried team revenue budgets upto AUD 25 million
- worked with the solutions: Microsoft Dynamics Ax, Microsoft Dynamics Nav, Microsoft CRM, Epicor Financial, Epicor CRM (Clientele)
Satha is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK and a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
