I provide end to end Dynamics CRM solutions incorporating SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and E-Mail Router as well as the integration points with Active Directory, Exchange Server and third party applications. I design and implement dialogs, custom workflows, plug-ins and web resources maximizing business automation through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM set-up. My role is to build a flexible development environment for the customer around Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM which is easy to maintain and upgrade and sits well on their existing Windows setup.
Currently I am a CRM Developer working for CSG Technology Solutions and CSG Professional Services. I am working in the Melbourne office. CSG is the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner in Australia and is fast becoming recognised as a clear leader in the provision of both hosted and on premise Dynamics solutions for the government and commercial sectors. Passed all Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Certifications. Certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Microsoft Dynamics GP 10. Certified in Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology. I have experience working in Dynamics CRM 2011, Business Intelligence, SSRS, .Net, ASP.Net, C#, LINQ, WPF, WCF, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
