Kelly is a Senior Support Escalation Engineer on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Environments Support Team. Kelly started at Great Plains in May 1999 and provides technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP Upgrades and Installs, Business Portal, Workflow, Web Services and Business Intelligence Integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Business Portal. Kelly enjoys training Partners and Customers on modules she supports as well as presenting at Convergence. Kelly lives in Fargo, North Dakota with her husband, Ken and four adorable dogs Max, Monty, Spencer and Gunner.
