Prior to Slalom, I founded Increase CRM in 2002 which became UK's leading provider of hosted Microsoft CRM until it was sold in 2009, then I ran Customery, to provide Microsoft customers with expert CRM services. I have been a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2010.
