No, it shouldn't. It is just webservice - not web client, as I wrote. Web Client is available in NAV 2013 only and it is not called through this URL... That's why I wrote you need to learn what the WebService is and that you are trying to use knife instead spoon...
This is not error. This i description of existing webservices... ;-)
What you are expecting from the webservices? It is not Web client...
I think you need to learn first what "knife" means and how it is used, to not use it instead "spoon"...
It's ok but it should display some page like as cutomer card ot other web page. That's why i am asking.

you need to simulate your web page like Nav page (exp cutomer),
--> if page is list, so you need gridview or table
1/ instance you web service
2/ use the default function, ReadMultiple, create , delete or update (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en- us/library/dd301179)
