I tried to install the Zetadocs express on my RTC 2009, but after configuring my custom Sales Quote manually, the zetadocs documents part does not show up.
Instead of the part I see a question mark, see below.
I followed the steps described in the Manual ‘Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Installation Guide’.
· Add the part on the page
· Add the code in OnAfterGetRecord
I imported the settings trough the import form (Configuration Import)
+ we have setup the correct security settings on sharepoint for my windows user.
Hello, - Can you ensure you have followed all the steps in Section 2 of the Zetadocs Express Installation Guide to ensure the SharePoint site has been configured correctly. - The SharePoint site URL specified in the Zetadocs General Settings form should not include the name of the document library (ie Zetadocs).- If SharePoint extensions for an earlier version of Zetadocs for NAV have previously been installed, then ensure these have been fully removed.- In the Zetadocs Express download, there is a 'Page interfaces' folder. You could import and run the Sales Quote page provided in this folder, if this page works OK, then we know that the page has not been modified correctly. We provide a tool that that will modify NAV pages for you to add the Factbox and/or 'Save & Send' function. You can download this tool from the Zetadocs Express for NAV Knowledgebase accessible from here.Regards,

On the sharepoint part, all is configured well we think, because another employee has implemented Zetadocs in NAV2013 and this works fine.
I have imported the Sales Quote page from the zetadocs fob (instead of manually adding the code), and even on this imported page, I have the same issue?
This issue was resolved by a reinstall of the Zetadocs Express Client (latest version) and ensuring that the 'Archiving Enabled' option is checked in the Zetadocs General Settings table (9041209).
