Zetadocs recipients issue

Hi,

We have Zetadocs version EQ5.0.227 delivery essentials,No capture and use NAV 2009R2 GB

I have configured report id 405 ( standard NAV po report) with specific customer, document set rules.  Zetadocs shows delivery dialog and picks up correct recipients. When the document is displayed in ZetDocs client it shows correct recipients and CC emails. 

When we run the same report is RTC Zetadocs displays delivery dialog with correct recipient but in ZetaDocs clients, receipts are blank. Is this a bug in ZetaDocs ? 

This report uses portrait orientation.
