We have recently gone live with NAV 2013 and as such are currently climbing a steep learning curve. Our implementation consultants failed on many levels and as such we are left with some problems to solve.
The first being we have no BAS set up at all. Is there any advice / guides which anyone can points us to in order to evaluate the requirements / scope of this set up and therefore determine whether we should undertake it ourselves (end user) or engage an alternative consultant to assist. We will not be using our original implementation consultants for this.
