please could clarify for me what these are for? Should they be for the contact's title eg as it would be on their business card, or is it just for internal reference for who we would contact for what with our customer's company eg our accounts contact, our purchasing contact etc?
If it's for our internal reference, what happens for example if we have 2 accounts contacts?
You can use this feature for your requirements. This is usually for internal use. You can add many Job Responsibilities to one contact and one Job Responsibility to many contacts, as well.
