I am trying to delete an item which has got a history in the Ledger Entries. I have clear the inventory so there is zero but when I try to delete the item I get an error message stating that there is atleast one item Journal line that includes this item. How do I find and delete this?
Have you tried to RUN Table 83 and do a Filter on Item No. = the Item you are looking for? You could also do the same type of search in SQL Server in a Query, but if you have access you can also use the RUN from the Object Designer in NAV.
You should be able to delete the Item from the Item Journal Line and delete the item or you can also Block the item.
