When stores do the transfer out to other stores, sometime stores cannot receive the transfer in.
I even run a worksheet#401 and stores cannot receive the Transfer In worksheet.
Can anyone tell me why some of the stores are not receiving the worksheet?
Hi. Are they not receiving some items, or complete transfers? Are you iniating the transfer as a transfer-out from the first store? Check to see if the items were not rolled out fron HQ, a quick check of store quantities will confirm that.

They are not receiving complete transfers. I initiating the transfer as a transfer-out from the first store to other store. And also I did check that items were rolled out from HQ. Even I check the quantities are remain the same... we figured that this causing the incorrect inventory though..
Well, for what it is worth, the ONLY time I've seen this is when the items are not synced with HQ from one of the stores. You can verify this by checking the itemdynamic table in the HQ database. If the entries are missing, I know two ways to deal with it. One is to manually enter the item for the store in the itemdynamic table, and add the hqid to the store. this process is, well, tedious. The other is to delete item from the store in question and roll it out again.

Yes, you could then - I think there may be some areas in the world where you would not be able to, so I wanted to check first. Even if you couldn't, it probably would have been worth buying it. Your questions here seem to indicate that you are not currently engaged with a Dynamics Business Partner, although you must have a current BREP/BRAP to be able to download SP4. What is your situation? You can call me on my cell at 786-219-7864. I can advise your BP on the process if you are actively engaged with them, or take over if not.
Our BREP has been expired. We are going to enroll with BREP soon.
Are you actually going into the transfer and "ISSUE" and "RECEIVING" it? Or just creating the worksheet?
A transfer order is essential a plan to move the items, and does not move the items on its own.
Dr. Ruy, I posted an answer after you said you were going to renew, but don't see it here, it must not have completed. Yes, you can get a copy for HQ, and one for each Store (HQ Client) that you renew, and for each additional that you buy in the future. Call or email me and I will give you the info.
