Purchased a Hypercom Optimum T4220 Dual Comm Terminal w/smartcard from my Merchant services provider- we now want to change providers. Anyone know how to reset these terminals or where it can be done at? Should I ask for it to be unlocked, master password remove - not sure of the proper wording?
Any advice / help would be appreciated?

Just talk to your new CC provider. They will need to re-key the debit portion to work with themselves anyways, so they should be able to help you update the programming in the terminal.
