Is AMD Opteron x3755M3 fits with RMS 2.0

We are planning to replace our server HP Proliant ML150 with x3755M3 AMD Opteron with this server

Does AMD Opteron meet the requirements of Microsoft Retail Management 2.0? Or does the Intel Xeon fits the task for RMS?
