Recently upgraded to RMS 2.0.0158. When HQ user clicks on STORE TAX TAB during final step of Matrix creation they receive the following error:
(-2147217864) Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it was last read.
They can click through the error and all items are created but taxes are not assigned. They have to go back into the main item and click on STORE TAX TAB again (no error this time) to setup the taxes.

I would suggest testing the issue on the Sample database.

Looks liek ti was related to a 3rd party trigger on our worksheet table casuing the issue. Thanks to Keith N for helping resolve our issue.
