We've recently seen several instances where there are problems with the registration screen and/or entering registaration keys for Microsoft Dynamics SL after an upgrade.
In several instances it was necessary to make a backup of the system database and delete from registration, registdetail, AND SLData then log out of SL, log back in as SYSADMIN and re-enter all registration keys.
