Many fields on this screen (see image), has PV list connected. Not sure but is this intentional or a bug? We have users who frequently complain about "Item not in a list" error when they save on the main screen (Subcontractor Vendor Maintenance(CN.SUV.00). Additional Information screen pops up and forces user to tab thru all the controls and hit OK before it can successfully save.
Anyone has experience this before? Any suggestion as to what could be done to prevent Additional Information screen(CN.SUV.01) from poping up during the save?

Nayan, the fields on the screen shot are all ID fields and the string fields should have PJCode_spk0 in it. This is used for validation if you choose. If you go to ID Maintenance (PA.IDM.00), you can make some of them invisible. The 1st one In your screen shot "Cage Code" would be SV01. The next SV02 ... . For ID's you are not using uncheck the visible checkbox. It's curious you are getting "Item not found" on some of them. That to me points to the BlankErr property being set to True on some fields. I would check.
