Hi, Recently upgrade to v7SP1. I receive the following message when I pasting a template on TI screen The line number specified is beyond length of the text, please re-enter. I can click on OK button to continue to do the import on the server. On the workstation, I sometimes get GPF error the the screen close itself. I also tried to create a brand new template (with different template id) and the error still shows up. The screen is not customized at all. Has anyone run into this? Thanks! abby wang
I am also having the same issue. I cannot find anyone with the answer. Maybe someone will answer on this board.
I have seen this behavior as well. Have you tried opening an incident with Microsoft Support? If you can re-create the steps in standard mode you can probably get them to write it up as a bug and make the incident no-charge. It will then put this in their queue to fix with a hotfix or roll into a service pack if they get enough interest.
I can get by to re-create the templete with selected fields, not all levels. I think this is fixed either in FP1 or SP2, I have not tested yet in either.
