Is there a way to resolve the issue in which an inventory item does not get returned to stock (become available in inventory) when it's attached to a PO after an RFC (Return For Credit) in the Sales Order screen?
Did the RFC create an Inventory batch? If so, has it been released? Or maybe it was a scrap item or a drop ship and those would not update inventory.
Otherwise, you could do an adjustment to put the item back into inventory.
