When we try to change the segment descriptions or add a new segment for the SUBACCOUNT field in the Flexkey Definition Screen 21.320.00 In Dynamics SL 2011 SP1, the operation generates a System Message 21512 without a description found in the system message file. Which is the reason for this error and the way to correct it?.
I looked in the Messages.csv file and found the following message text for this message:
Warning - Changing the Flexkey definition for %s with existing data in place could corrupt your database. Do you wish to proceed?
Have you tried running the Messages.csv file in the Database Update screen of the Administration module group to get the message text to appear with the message?
Let me know what you find.

This wil be useful, thanks for your response, just one another question regarding the same issue. I reviewed my messages.msg file and the line regarding the 21512 message does not exist in my file. My installation is in Spanish and I try to find the correct line in the Englisg version of the messages file but a could'n find the line in that file too.
Could you help me with some website where I could find the messages.csv file updated or could you send me the complete line to add it into my file and reload it into my system?
I looked in the SP1 files and I don't see a messages.csv file included. I also looked in another SL 2011 SP1 install here and that messages.csv file does not contain 21512. So I'm not sure what fix I applied to my installation that put Sys Msg 21512 into my messages.csv file. Below is the line from my file. I hope this helps.
21512 0 0 0 36 S 0 Warning - Changing the Flexkey definition for %s with existing data in place could corrupt your database. Do you wish to proceed?
I already added the line that you sent me to my messages file. After that I uploaded the new file to my system and test again the update of the flexkeys. Now everything is working FINE.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
