Ever since we upgrade to SL2011, the users start to getting the following message randomly. Most of the time the user will get in if they try 1-3 times and the login screen will display. However, there are times that the Solomon is up as normal, but before the user enter their login credential, the application will close and exit itself without any user interaction. I am thinking it might caused by lost of network connection, but I don't know how\why. Wondering if any way I can monitor the process to find out the specific issue. We are on SQL2008R2, server is Win2008R2. Thanks in advance.

How are users accessing SL? If they are on Windows 7, check and see what .Net components are installed? Most new computers come preloaded with .Net 4, however they may be missing earlier components. As a test, I would start loading older components starting with 1.1 and see if that resolves the error.
All users access Solomon via citrix. We had two citrix with identical setup that has Solomon client installed. I also installed Solomon client on my machine. I too get the same error msg when accessing Solomon via my local client. I had .net 1.0 all the way to 4.0 on my machine. If the error is .net related, why the error occurred randomly?
