When one of our users is using Dynamics SL and opens an open shipper, his default web browser is being opened to its default home page. We've tried changing the default browser to both IE and Chrome, and the browser is still being opened.
This didn't happen prior to upgrading to 2011.
Does anyone know what would be causing this behavior? Is there a setting we can switch?

I am unsure exactly what you are talking about. Could you provide the steps leading up to the error, starting with which screen you open? If you can, Screenshots would be helpful as well.

Thank you for the response. The steps our user is taking are:
1. Open Dynamics
2. Log in
3. Open either 40.100.00 or 40.110.00
4. Default web browser on computer is opened
Those are the only steps being taken. As I mentioned before, we are running Dynamics 2011.

Ok, there are two things I want you to try:
1. Start SL > Navigate to \\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications\OM > Open the Screen .exe's from here. Do they open normally?
2.Open SL Turn off all Customizations by selecting 'Standard' on screen (91.260.00) Select Customization Level
Then Open the screens through SL. Do they open Normally?
