Hi Rodi,

You have two options.

1. Enter an O type entry to represent the transaction that did not update GL.  An OD increases cash.  OM reduces cash.

2.  update the gltran.s4future11 value from blank or N  to O for outstanding using Management Reporter.  Then run the CA Integrity for the gltran.trandate.

This likely happened one of two ways.

1.  Your Cash Acct in Cash Manager>Cash Acct Maintenance does not have the box checked for receiving updates from GL

2.  Your entered  and released a GL batch that posted to some acct other than Cash.  When the batch was released yet unposted,  you edited the GL batch and changed the acct/sub to your cash acct.  Since the transaction was already released,  it did not update the s4future11 field where the data is stored that says whether or not to update Cash Manager.

Sorry. Wrong words.

It is Management Studio/Query Analyzer where you would make the update.
