For some reason, when confirming shipment of an order, I'm getting an error message stating that the bin/lot/serial # does not have enough quantity. I'm also getting another error message stating the bin/lot/serial # has not been entered for all line item; shipper will be placed on administrative hold. Why am I getting these messages because I absolutely have enough quantity to complete the shipper??
Check the hotfixes, I am assuming SL 2011 FP1, I believe I saw a hotfix for this issue this morning.
Unfortunately, we have version 7, not 2011. Is there a hotfix for that version?
unfortunately, I do not know, I skipped 7 and went straight to 2011, so I have not reviewed the hf's for 7.
