I recently had to install SP! at a SL 2011 site and now Management Reporter is not handling natural credit accounts correctly. Even though the row definitions say that the account normally has a credit balance, the values are still coming out as negative on the report. I can get around the issue by removing the C designation on those rows but that is a band-aide approach to the problem. The reports were fine before I installed SP1.
Has anyone run into this before. I am fairly new to Management Reporter (been a long time FRx person) but it seems that Management Reporter is not longer looking at the SL data correctly once SP1 was installed. Perhaps I need to re-establish the Management Reporter interface to the SL data but I do not find anything that states this is necessary.
Looking back at my notes, there is a Hotfix for SL that you need on Customer Source. mbs.microsoft.com/.../mroverview.htm
Installing SP1 probably overwrote the fix if it was applied prior.
What version of MR are you running? One of the earlier rollups (RU2?) has that problem and there was a patch to a stored procedure we had to make if I remember right.
