Hi All,

after upgrading to SL2011 sp1 i got that error when I open any crystal report by print preview or try to access fax.

My environment  is

  • SL2011 
  • windows server 2008 R2 enterprise sp 1
  • 46 bit os

I have searched to fix this issue and one of posts advice to use hotfix. I used it but the issue is not fixed. The hotfix kb is  "2669748".

please advise if you have any idea .

    Did you apply the prereq for the HotFix?  Within the instructions (included in the HotFix download)

    1. For each client that does not have its Crystal Reports 2008 runtime updated to at least SP4 (Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 includes SP3), install the Crystal Reports 2008 SP4 redistributable package from mbs2.microsoft.com/fileexchange

    If not, please be sure to apply the above to the machines where the fix has been installed.

    I have install the Crystal Reports 2008 SP4 redistributable package. but still not working

    any suggestions

    Is SP5 supported?
