We have received the following error message when approver approves the time card entry through the time review and approval screen in SL.
Can anyone help me out from this Error Message “Posting timecard for employee “XXXXX” failed .all 0 times and Expense licenses have already been used for this period.”?

Hello Perumalsamy,
Time and Expense resets the licensed users at the end of fiscal period. As an example, if your company is licensed for 75 employees in T&E, then only 75 timecards can be created by 75 employees in any given fiscal period. The 76st person who creates a timecard will not process, since this will exceed the licensing. This is why you are getting this error message.
Looks like you are in the demo database. Have you entered unlocking keys? If so, what does your key look like for the Time and Expense module?

Yes, we run the Time Review and Approval screen through Demo database. We didn't receive that error message, once we connected the Time Review and Approval screen through my live environment.
