Report we use for PO summary is showing the ODBC connection to a database we did not setup. This is a standard report that we have no customized and saved under the UserReports folder on our SL installation.
App421GAhotfix is the DB name that the report is using, where as all of our other reports point to sl_(company) database names.
What is this App421 database?

This shouldn't matter if you are just running the report in SL. If you want to modify the report, you will need to reset the datasource location to your database. The person that created the report used that database.
