Keep your options open and make sure to check out the Assurebuy plug-in. My company, BluePay Processing, owns the Assurebuy product as well as our own gateway. When you combine the plug-in, gateway and our merchant account for credit/debit and ACH payments you have an all in one solution for payment...

  • Re: Credit Card Solution

Nodus defintely is the standard-bearer and we use it for almost all of our clients with CC processing needs. I have not heard of the other solutions you mention other than Enliven. I would worry about how well they integrate to GP, that is, applying payments, and storing CC information securely for PCI...

  • Credit Card Solution

Hi. I am seeking a credit card solution for a customer. We have looked at Nodus, and we believe it suits their needs, but they would like to examine a couple of alternatives for comparison purposes. Anyone have implementation history with Azox, Enliven, or AssureBuy? More info: The customer is using...

  • Credit Card Add on Software

We have seen some demos of add on software for Dynamics GP to process credit card or ACH receipts from customers. I would like to know if anyone is using an add on solution? If so, what? Your opinion of the product.

  • Re: Re: Re: How to "pay" a credit in a Company credit card

Let me be certain I understand your process fully. You 'pay' the individual 'invoices' thru the AMEX card which means you have AMEX setup as a Checkbook? And when you 'pay' the invoices, that posts a credit to the checkbook which is then offset by a debit when you cut the check...

  • Re: How to "pay" a credit in a Company credit card

Louis, Do you enter each charge on the Amex bill as a separate invoice or do you enter the entire AMEX bill as a single invoice with the individual lines on the bill distributed to the appropriate accounts? Either way, I'm not sure why a credit on a bill would present a problem. If you're entering...

  • How to "pay" a credit in a Company credit card

We are using GP v9. We set up our AMEX cards (that we make purchases with) in GP. Charges are handled like a normal invoice payable. They are posted, and then we go back and "pay" them through the AMEX card in Manual payments. We hit a snag when a credit shows up on a statement, and the original...

  • Handling Credit Cards in Great Plains

I am able to setup credit cards in Great Plains through Tools-->Setup-->Company-->Credit Cards and then I enter the information and also mark the option Used by Company and choose the Vendor ID. Hoew does it work from there, once you have all the information defined. If anyone implemented this...
  • Is Your Credit Card Terminal Certified?

In the merchant services industry, terminals and other machinery manufacturers are known to be superfluous in the number of new models that they keep introducing. Half of these are never even heard of and are lost in history for good. Of course, merchants are always on a lookout for a terminal that will...

  • Re: Great Plains and Credit Card Statements

GP's POP module isn't really built for this sort of Purchase and pay with Credit Card scenario. However, with a little creativity it's not a hard one to tackle. What I would suggest is this. Create a Payment Terms ID for each Credit Card used. Be sure to use a common prefix (like "CC_"...
