Whenever I drag executables form the screens screen to the menu screen, it shows that the executable is in the root of my solomon directory and I must browse to the correct directory to pick the executable. Is there a way to fix it so that I can permanently assign the correct directory to the screen...

The items appear based on the billing rules that you set up in Billing Rules Maintenance and/or you allocation method if you were for example marking up the materials.
