We are now past our initial shocks in converting to Dynamics-SL V7.0 SP1 from V6.5 SP2. Generally, the upgrade went well but we continue to struggle with one overriding issue - slower performance. Just about every screen load now takes at least 20-25% longer than on V6.5 - same hardware, same version...

The items appear based on the billing rules that you set up in Billing Rules Maintenance and/or you allocation method if you were for example marking up the materials. Check the top half of the Billing Screen to see which account categories are elilable for billing. You will have to follow the transactions...

Arifin This looks like it is pretty straight forward and should work. Perhaps your customization is getting overridded by default behaviour in another event. Have you tried overloading the double click event also? thanks
