I am currently using the preview of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. I am having some trouble with ingesting the data into the platform and deleting previous mappings. It keeps loading (for days) and I can't do anything about it. The ingestion succeeded once but when I edited the data (in the data sources window) I couldn't work with it anymore because I keep getting an error 'ingestion failed'. So I removed all the previous mappings, but still I can't ingest the data anymore because I get the notification that my previous mapping is not yet deleted (because it keeps loading when I push the 'save' button).
I was wondering if I could reset the platform somehow and create a new environment?
