Is it possible to calculate advanced metrics (e.g. CLV, RFM, churn prediction, propensity, lead scoring/grading) in Customer Insights:
- with existing or planned out of the box features?
- with Azure ML integration?
Hi Thomas -- we currently do not have OOB ML models for those metrics, however you can use our Azure ML integration with Customer Insights to bring your own models to calculate those predictive metrics. If you have any further questions, drop us a note at email@example.com. Hope that helps.
