Hi CI Forum - I'm just starting to explore D365 Customer Insights and have a couple of rookie questions
* My external data sets are dynamic; will the CI customer profile automatically update to reflect changes in these input data?
* If so, how often does this refresh occur?
* What happens to unmatched data? If I load a data set and some profiles don't match, what happens to the unmatched data? Are new profiles created?
Hi there -- Great questions & please see below:
Re1&2: You can schedule refresh under Admin -> System -> Schedule and CI will refresh data from the source systems at the scheduled time:
Re3: Unmatched records: When you setup match configuration you can specify if you want to retain unmatched records or not. If you chose to keep unmatched records, then these records will be retained and if not, these records will be ignored.
