I am facing issue in the prediction section of Customer insights in Dynamics 365
CDS environment is not associated.
Can you please share me your taught on it.
Have you associated your CI instance with your CDS environment? Association is a prerequisite for this feature to work. Please see documentation for more details: docs.microsoft.com/.../predictions
If you still run into issues please drop a line to CIhelp@microsoft.com with your CI instance id and the issue you run into when associating your CI instance with your CDS environment.
Please check if AI builder is enabled for CDS environment, additionally please verify the region in which you are trying to create prediction as all regions are not enabled for AI builder
