* Audience insights (Generally Available). With audience insights, organizations can connect and unify customer data, to deliver intelligent insights that are activated across systems of engagement, analytics and ad platforms. Audience insights includes all the capabilities that were previously under Customer Insights.
* Engagement insights (available to public preview on October 30). A new set of capabilities to help organizations understand customer interactions and usage across channels and automatically enrich customer profiles with multi-dimensional signals.
