Hello, I would like to get info about the refresh data process from source origins (for example Dynamics 365) to Customer Service Insights Dashboards. I have found nothing in the documentation. is it manual? can it be scheduled? appreciate any hint. Best regards, Hugo.
Customer Service Insights refresh daily automatically. There's no setting yet to configure this, but your feedback is welcome!
