If there's any additional information you can provide such as the date/time you tried connecting or any error information you see that would be useful. Feel free to message me directly if you feel it's sensitive information.
You may cancel this issue. It just spun for a really long time, trying to load the sample data instead first of loading my data. Tell the Dev team, they should provide a checkbox to decide if the user should see a sample data first, to manage expectations...
