Customers may see an error when trying to load their workspace using the Internet Explorer browser, similar to the error below. The team is actively working to resolve this, in the meantime customers can connect to Customer Service Insights using an alternate browser such as Edge or Chrome. Any updates to the issue will be posted on this thread.
This was resolved for all customers on 5/24, Customer Service Insights works in Internet Explorer as expected.
