I have been able to provision my CSI.ai.dynamics.com portal but I only get some data.

Tessa had me ensure that all of my cases had a priority, that didn't help.
I heard from Msft yesterday that they were aware of an issue if you use priority values other than the defaults. They are working on a fix for that now. There was also an issue if you had cases without a priority.
Thanks both for reporting the issue! As Kevin said we're aware and are working on a fix which should be available in all regions in the next few weeks. We'll keep this thread updated with the latest status.
To summarize, customers who have records without priority and/or have values in the priority column outside of the out-of-box options (i.e. [High/1, Normal/2, Low/3]) will see an empty dashboard. The topics list will still be populated correctly but the visuals on the dashboard are empty. No action will be needed once the fix is available, the dashboard will be populated as expected on the next refresh.
As a short term workaround customers could use custom data mapping to temporarily map the Priority column to a field in the entity that matches the requirements above.
