I have been able to provision my CSI.ai.dynamics.com portal but I only get some data.
I do get
I don't get (anything else)
Tessa had me ensure that all of my cases had a priority, that didn't help.
I heard from Msft yesterday that they were aware of an issue if you use priority values other than the defaults. They are working on a fix for that now. There was also an issue if you had cases without a priority.
Thanks both for reporting the issue! As Kevin said we're aware and are working on a fix which should be available in all regions in the next few weeks. We'll keep this thread updated with the latest status.
To summarize, customers who have records without priority and/or have values in the priority column outside of the out-of-box options (i.e. [High/1, Normal/2, Low/3]) will see an empty dashboard. The topics list will still be populated correctly but the visuals on the dashboard are empty. No action will be needed once the fix is available, the dashboard will be populated as expected on the next refresh.
As a short term workaround customers could use custom data mapping to temporarily map the Priority column to a field in the entity that matches the requirements above.
If you believe you're hitting a different issue or have any questions please feel free to reply or message me directly.
Hi all - just wanted to confirm that the fix was rolled out to all regions 7/10, no action was needed and your dashboards should be automatically updated with content now. If you're still hitting the issue please reach out!
